You should now see a small little circle at the point where the bookmark was added. If you hover your mouse over it, it will show you the name of the bookmark Bookmark1 in my case and the exact time where the bookmark was added.

Now click on Trigger , then click on On Bookmark and finally select the bookmark you had created under Recorded Sound. The animation will now only be triggered when the bookmark is reached in the audio file!
