As far as reheating goes, I would add a drizzle of water to your serving and then microwave it until warm. Jen, I understand why you put the pasta in before everything is cooked. Since we are very particular about our pasta al dente is a bit too done for us , I assume there would be no problem partially cooking the pasta 4 minutes and then adding it in at the end….
Hi Monique, when the pasta cooks in the sauce it absorbs a lot of the chicken broth. If you want to add the pasta at the end then I would eliminate the chicken broth and just add what is needed to reach the desired consistency.

Learn how your comment data is processed. I just made this for dinner and somehow it came out more soupy than I had expected. It was still tasty, my husband went for seconds. Are you suppose to drain the tomatoes from the can? Or should I have cooked the pasta longer than 12 minutes, til the pasta becomes even bigger mine was cooked through but rather similar to its original size.
I consult your webpage often for new dinner ideas. If you were happy with the doneness of the noodles, then you can add less broth next time! If you find it to be soupy cooking it longer will always help but, of course, the noodles will get softer.
